Our tailor made contracts suit the exact level of service you require. Our clients often require us to do the marketing, deal with rental contracts, meet and greet, keep keys, arrange for cleaning or any other day to day aspects of renting out their properties.
Whether you are renting out your property yourself or you need us to find you guests, we are here to help. All you have to do is ask!
- We keep keys and check over your property before and after rental guests.
- We make sure it’s cleaned and any maintenance jobs are dealt with in time for the next arrivals.
- We arrange for extra touches such welcome packs to include cold water, beers, crisps etc. – these small things count.
- It’s important to really care for your property. We make sure it’s in good condition before and after your guests come to stay.
YOUR EXPECTATIONS AS A RENTAL PROPERTY OWNER
Damage and wear and tear of course happen, but this should not usually be an issue after a two week stay!
We believe that the best results come from clear advertising and careful attention to who you rent to. It might take longer to find the right rental guests but it pays to put in time and due diligence, right from the start.
